HIGHTRAY® ERECTORS*

The strength and stacking resistance of a tray are directly linked to the quality of its formation. Otor systems have innovated by forming trays around a mandrel, resulting in perfect geometry at high speeds using very light board.

Quality:

· Forming of tray around a mandrel in a fixed station

· Counter-pressure on all flaps during folding, pressing and gluing.

· Constant dimensional precision

· Perfect squaring

Productivity:

· High speed (up to 60 trays/minute)

· Fast change-over

· Synchronisation by brushless motors

Flexibility:

· Variety of different innovative designs

· Tapered forms

· Complete dimensional adjustability

Cost-effectiveness:

· Lightweight board can be used (300 g/m² of corrugated board)

· All types of fluting

· Small size trays

Operating principle:

1 - Unfolding and gluing
2 - Turning in of handle
3 - Descent of mandrel and erection of tray.
Counter-pressure on all sides during pressing and gluing
