Operating principle:

A/ FOB former
- Unstacking of flat die-cut blanks from magazine
- Conveying of die-cut blank under mandrel
- Gluing of die-cut blank during conveyance- Erection of case around mandrel
- Pressing of manufacturer's joint and 4 bottom flaps
- Ejection of formed packaging
- Optional: reinforcement of case structure
B/ Positioning of BLO film
- Conveyance to film positioning module
- Gluing of bottom of case
- Cutting of film according to height of case and laying of film in bottom of case
- Erection and insertion of cardboard sheet to hold film in place
C/ Filling station
- Filling before filming of products
D/ TR shrink tunnel
- Conveyance of case to tunnel small side first, with products filmed
- Sealing of film before shrinking onto products
E/ Positioning of PDC cover
- Insertion of case into machine small side first
- Automatic detection of case height during conveyance to cover positioning station and gluing of case lengthways
- Conveyance of cover, gluing onto 2 small sides, ejection and pressing.
