High quality printing and short turnaround

To guarantee optimum printing quality, Otor has chosen flexographic preprinting based on its Flexotor® concept.

The process consists in printing the liner before gluing it to the fluting rather than printing the board after the product is finished, since paper provides a better printing surface.

By using this industrial process, lightweight recycled paper can be printed with excellent rendering and exceptional precision, not only for line and screen drawings, but also for photos and bar codes.   Flexotor® 1 to 8 colour printing can therefore replace offset printing with comparable results.
