Sale of recycling activity (Delaire Recyclage, Pinel Recyclage and Thiollet Recyclage) to Paprec. 2006 Industrial tool of Otor Papeterie de Rouen paper mills restructured: N-3 and N-4 machines shut down. 2005 Iteuil paper mill closed: paper machine with a production capacity of 30,000 tonnes shut down.
