26th June 1998: Otor is floated on the unlisted securities market on the Paris stock exchange.

Otor Cartonnerie de Rouen board mill opened at the Otor Papeterie de Rouen paper mill in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray: production of corrugated board and manufacture of large triple and quadruple wall corrugated packaging.

1997

Chapelle d’Arblay paper mill bought from UPM Kymene (renamed Otor Papeterie de Rouen) in Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray. Otor adapts the site and manufacturing process to the production of lightweight recycled container board (80 to 100 g) for 3 paper machines.

1996

Acquisition of Siesianpap paper mill (Otor Silesia) in Tychy, Poland: production of recycled container board.

Ashton board mill (UK) sold to David & Smith.

1995

Joint venture between Delaire Recyclage and Sirec (Pinel): Pinel Recyclage opened in Périers. Collection and recycling of paper, cardboard and plastic.

1991

Otor Dauphiné board mill opened in Saint-Jean-de-Bournay: production of corrugated board and packaging.

Acquisition of Etablissements Delaire. Delaire Recyclage opened in Cesson-Sévigné: collection and recycling of paper, cardboard and plastic.

1990

Acquisition of 3 Ashton sites (UK):

- Ashton Midlands in Chesterfield (board mill)

- Ashton Southern in Bristol (board mill)

- Ashton Scotland in Dumberton (cardboard box-making plant)
